


I do not think you read the post Odin i said remove either 6 or 9 of the more common (low) runes in order to add the rarer runes from her item drop table that does not actually grant a better chance to get those 4 runes (Gul, Vex, Ohm, and Lo) as you still have either 19 or 22 other runes in the pool which are more common which would help players get more of the mid (Pul, Um, Mal, and Ist) runes cause even in her rune pool they could still have a low drop chance and it is only Gul (which is not an HR) and the first 3 HRs (Vex, Ohm, and Lo). If you ask me what runes are high runes I would say Vex Rune - Zod Rune are the high runes as none of them can be be dropped as a guarenteed drop off hell countess or the Hellforge in Hell difficulty however if Vex Ohm and Lo were added to the guarenteed rune pool for the countess in Hell difficulty I would still concider them high runes as they would still be relatively rare due to the fact that if you use the 2:1 ratio there is still 22 possible runes and using the 3:1 ratio that still leaves 19 possible runes in the pool I do not count the Gul Rune as a high rune because it can be dropped off the Hellforge in Hell Difficulty. The countess in hell difficulty currently drops way too many really common runes and I think some of the common runes should be replaced with some of the rarer runes that are currently in her item drop pool. That is either a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio for easy to find runes removed to high runes added. That is saying add 1 high rune to the guarenteed rune pool for hell difficulty countess for every 2 or 3 easy to find runes removed 1 high rune would be added. I personally think some of the easy to find runes should be replaced with High runes in hell difficulty only like replace 6 or 9 low runes with Gul and the 3 high runes in the guarenteed rune pool for hell difficulty countess.
